IRB (interactive ruby) for Opal

The subset of Ruby that compiles directly to Javascript - think CoffeeScript but with Ruby syntax. Meant for more lightweight uses that don't need to full power/overhead of Opal, also to help Opal programmers optimize code by rewriting slow parts in Opalscript instead of JavaScript.
